Topics include the project life cycle, project team, project identification, evaluation and selection, project organization, project planning, negotiation and conflict resolution, and human resource management.

II. EXPECTED LEARNING OUTCOMES Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to: a. Use applied skill in project management—origins, applications, and philosophy b. Explain and use project management topics of networks, schedules, budgets, and controls c. Explain the human resource aspect of project management d. Design and implement projects in organizations The course instructor will provide additional learning outcomes.
